Due to covid there's a delay in both shipping and delivery. Most post offices are overwhelmed by the amount of packages they have to sort, which causes delays. This delay can take up to longer than a month.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the Netherlands will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 15-45 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, and can be found in our shipment policy.

In most cases we refuse to create personalized content, because of the costs with small orders. However, if you are keen on getting personalized content or even commissions you are welcome to contact us, as we love personalized bulk orders and larger commissions.
Our designs are covered by copyright, and thus they are not to be used by anyone else unless given permission. Therefor we'd request to avoid spreading our designs loose of our products on any sort of platform.
We accept bulk orders but require a minimum amount of 50 if the product is printed. We do not allow third-parties to print the designs of our products. For ordering a bulk order we'd request for you to contact us, so we can settle on the details.

We highly value the copyright of other content creators, including authors and directors. We don't wish to break their rules of copyright and use their characters for our own desire. Rudely speaking, we don't wish to make money over someone else's work. That said, we love working together with authors to make products together with them, and often contact content creators for permission to draw their characters.
Once in a while we hold rep-searches, meaning we seek out for content creators who'd like to promote our products on their social media. These rep-searches are held on our instagram (@tillanddill). If you have more questions about collaborations feel free to contact us.
We give every instagram rep a handful of unique discount codes which work for at least a month, which can often be found on their page and/or promoted post. We also regularly give away our own discount codes, and a few sales.
Our discount codes doesn't work in combination with sales or with our sale section. You can only use one code per order.
No, this is not possible. We only allow for once discount code per order. Sales are seen as a discount code, meaning you can't stack a discount code on top of a sale.
No, this isn't allowed. Discount codes given during an event is meant to be used only once. We will cancel an order if we notice an event discount code has been used more than once.
The only discount code we allow for multiple usages is the discount codes given to our reps.
